Once you ship your return back to us:

1. Credits will be issued in the form of a refund to the payment method used for the original purchase. Refunds are for the product only, shipping charges are non-refundable. Please allow up to 3 business days after receipt of your return for your refund to be issued. You will receive an email confirmation of the refund once it has been issued.
