When will I receive my Refund?Updated a day ago

Once we've received and accepted your return, we'll process your refund within 3-5 business days. You'll get an email confirmation as soon as it's issued, and your credit should appear on your original payment method within an additional 2-3 business days.

Orders of €130 or more are refunded in full. Orders under €130 include a €9.50 handling fee, deducted from your refund. Outbound shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds go back to the original payment method used at checkout.
